Principal’s Welcome
Welcome to Elphin Community College
Choosing a post-primary school is one of the most important decisions families make. At Elphin Community College, we understand that parents and guardians want their child to feel happy, safe, supported and encouraged to reach their full potential.
Our promise is simple: every student matters. We are proud to be a caring, inclusive and ambitious school where students are known, valued and supported throughout their journey with us.
A Message from the Principal
It is my great privilege to welcome you to Elphin Community College.

As Principal, I am honoured to lead a school community where students, staff and families work together to create a positive, respectful an
d supportive learning environment. We are proud of our students and of the many ways in which they contribute to school life, both inside an
d outside the classroom.
We recognise that the move from primary to post-primary school is an exciting new chapter, but it can also bring questions and worries for students
and families. At Elphin Community College, we place great emphasis on helping students settle in, make friends, build confidence and feel that they truly belong.
What Makes Elphin Community College Special?
